What does Gold-Filled mean?
Gold-Filled is a USA industry standard that legally requires 5% pure gold by weight. It’s a strictly regulated process that involves pressure bonding multiple layers of solid gold with extreme heat over a core of high quality jewelers brass resulting in a durable, quality, real gold product.
We offer 14k Gold-Filled jewels because we believe in creating high quality pieces that last. Our customers love that they are able to swim, shower and live without the worry or stress of removing jewels prior.

My journey with jewelry making started young, somewhere between friendship bracelets and the simple joy of creating something with my hands.
Over the years, that curiosity grew into a deeper passion. I spent years "teaching myself", which mostly meant experimenting, playing around, and making pieces that were more creative disasters than groundbreaking art. Later, I refined my skills in a jewelry repair shop, and eventually traveled to Bali to study metalsmithing, a long time dream that shaped the way I design today.
After working with experienced jewelers, I felt a strong pull to create something of my own. Beautiful jewelry that actually lasts, pieces I could wear every day without worry.
In 2024 I took the leap and left my 9-5 in the jewelry industry to pursue Hara full time.
What started as a risk has grown into a life filled with purpose, passion, and beautiful jewels.

As a recent fashion merchandising graduate, I’ve always been drawn to creative spaces and expressive design. I’ve had a long-standing passion for styling and creating with clothing and accessories.
I originally discovered Hara while shopping for myself, which later led me to join the team. I began as a marketing assistant, helping with daily tasks, but quickly found myself immersed in jewelry making. From there, I discovered my ideal role, where I now create orders daily, while managing the different tasks and operations that keep our e-commerce running smoothly.

What is the return policy?
Because of the nature of made-to-order and one-of-a-kind pieces, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we'll make it right.
My item arrived damaged, now what?
We are so sorry for the inconvenience! Any items that arrive damaged fall under our FREE repair warantee. Please send an email to support@harajewels.com and we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label in order to get the repair started, so you can wear your piece as intended! For suspected damage during transit, please contact the shipping carrier to open a case through them.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Please allow up to 7 business days for made-to-order pieces, though sometimes orders are completed sooner.
Do you accept order cancellations?
Yes! Please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing your order to guarantee cancellation.

Will I have to pay any additional fees for international orders?
